Our parade was a symbolic one in which the common people had to take up the yoke in order to help the soldiers and sailors save Liberty from her oppressors. The Prom was a complete success! We didn't lose a centg in fact, we made ten! The lfight Monarchs of Rhythm furnished music for the dancers, who gaily cavorted under varicolored halloons, which our enterprising committee had managed to secure in spite of priorities. 'llhe last important activity of this year was our traditional junior Trip to New York City. Having sold our weight in candy in order to go, we had a dandy time spending the money. Not only that, hut we managed to save enough to he ahle to do our part for Uncle Sam. A-ii t I - Room I0 Room I5

xS70,9A0l'l'l0l e5 e aren't so green this year as we were lastgin fact, we were very much ln The Red on Class Night. ln The Red was our theme and we played it up with huge profit and loss ther- mometers on our booth which hrought us first in decorations. Our piggy-hank, the lusty cries of our junkman shouting, Hllagsl Old ironln, the antics of our park-hench bums, and finally our presi- dent .lerry entering clad in a barrel and high silk hat hrought us a first in parade too. 'l'lien, with another first in cheers and a second in posters and a not-too-had showing in games we tied the juniors for first place for the evening. As our year's social event we plan to have a dance on june fifth at the Shore- ham Hotel with waltzing and lindying to the music of The Eight lllonarchs of Rhythm.
