XVell, we did do it againl . . . Class Night a la senor and senorita, was a gala affair. XVe won-after the juniors and Sophs tied for first place. That sounds pretty bad, so We've decided to forego the pleasure HJ of a Class Night paragraph. lt Happened Next Tuesday was a stimu- lating mixture of comedy and melodrama, dealing with the dangerous indifference of some Americans to their government. Tom jones, a typical American citizen, plans a hunting trip in the midst of an in- tensely critical political situation, although warned not to do so by far-seeing Reverend Lynch. ln an unusual second act he dreams of returning, to find the country controlled by a ruthless dictatorial set-up which has caused the death of his buck-private son, warped the view- point of his impressionable little daughter, and in general destroyed the happiness of his friends and family.
