ALFRED BAUMANN Ambition: Communication Electrician Al Eefms Pet P5eve: Report Cards Al Eefms is doing a fine job of promoting athletics in S.H.S. as a football manager. His sunny disposition brightens many a day. We wish him success in his future endeavors. Activities: Football Manager, Radio Club, Gym Club, Science Club. GEORGIANNE BAUMANN Ambition: Undecided Jan Pet Peeve: Silence Jan is a lot of fun and is willing to help anyone who is in distress. Short and pert, quiet in class, and happiest at 3:00 are adjectives which describe Jan the best. Activities: Sub Deb Club, Knitting Club, Science Club. ALFRED BEATTIE Ambition: Dentist Clyde Pet Peeve: Smelly perfume Al, a very handsome and popular member of the class, is quite a hit with everyone. His outstanding personality makes him a friend that can't be topped. Being an excellent student and hard worker, we are sure he will gain the quest he is seeking. Activities: Word Study and Math Club, Gym Club, Varsity Basketball, Radio Club, Quo Vadis KENNETH BEAUREGARD Ambition: Farmer Ken Pet Peeve: Tests Being musically inclined, Ken has been a member of the band since he was a freshman. At every assembly, parade, and football game Ken could be seen playing his horn with much gusto. He is a small, quiet senior, who is always wearing a smile. Activities: Band Member, Band Club, Orchestra, Spring Concert. 21

HAROLD APPLEGATE Ambition: Undecided Apps Pet Peeve: English IV Known for his mathematical abilities, Apps also enjoys clowning around. Al- though he has no future plans, we know he will be as successful as he is bright. Activities: Football, Quo Vadis, Word Study and Math Club, Aviation Club, Micro Club, Junior Play. GEORGE ARNEY Ambition: Undecided Georgia Pet Peeve: Work George is a fellow with a very nice personality. Being a football player, George knows fair play and good sports- manship. His future is not decided, but we know he will do well in whatever he endeavors. Activities: Radio Club, Science Club, Varsity Football. BENJAMIN ARDANOWSKI Ambition: Engineer Ben Pet Peeve: Essays This is the fourth year that Ben is contributing his musical talent to the band. Excellent grades are his for hard work in his studies. As long as Ben keeps up this good work, we know that he will climb to the top of the ladder of success. Activities: Band, J.V. Baseball, J.V. Basketball, J.V. Football, Word Study and Math Club, Spring Concert. RALPH BAILEY Ambition: Businessman Fufu Pet Peeve: School Ralph .is really a free and easy going member of the class. Activities: Wood Shop Club, Micro Club, Sports Officiating, Intramurals. JAMES BORST Ambition: Navy P©t Peeve: Algebra Teachers Jim is one of the quieter members of our class. A likeable fellow, slow but sure he is, whose fine sense of humor will be s ure to carry him through to a success- ful life. Activities: Art Club, Metal Shop Club, Officials Club, Intramurals. 22 JOAN BENNIS Ambition: Secretary Joannie Pet Peeve: 4b lunch Joan is one of the quieter members of the class. She is always willing to give a helping hand to others. As a secretary we know she will excel. Activities: Red Cross Club, Echo-Lites Club, Office Practice. EVELYN GAIL BOWMAN Ambition: Business School Gai11“ Pet Peeve: School and homework Gail's jokes and witty remarks made many of us cheer up on those Blue Mondays. Gail, one of the most popu- lar girls in the Senior class, has a sunny disposition and a terrific sense of humor. Gail can usually be found giggling in the halls with Elena, Pat and June.
