FOREWORD We, the annual staff, have one main purpose in mind for presenting this annual. The purpose of an annual is to serve as a school album: the faculty, the watchful guidance of our teachers, the student and the school. ln years to come it will be a book of wonderful reminiscences of the joyous and memorable years of 1953-1954 spent at Sayre High School, Our purpose of this pre- sentation is to make it the very best our abilities will permit. Sure- ly we will be criticized for our efforts, as those classes before us have been criticized, but please remember that we have done our honest best to please you.
