A Message From Our upeririiendent Dear Seniors: Each year that I see another class graduate from high school, I ask myself the question, Just how much change has taken place in the world these young people are entering since one year ago? The change is never too impressive unless I look back ten or twenty or thirty yearsg thenl am astounded. I suppose the word commencement once meant that you had been trained and were ready to earn your livelihood. In this age of ours, it has a different connotation. Today it should mean that many of you are about to commence your technical training period, which will fit you for the occupation of your choice.
