September, 1954, found us resuming our journey on much higher ground as Jun- iors. Every stop of the way meant much more effort now. Every foot of our advance had to be earned by constructive work. Our pilgrimage had to become a serious busi- ness. During the football season we helped with selling refreshments at the home games. We got our class rings this year. We all hold them as our most valuable pos- session. In honor of the Seniors the Juniors had the Junior and Senior Prom. Our class officers this year were: President-Ronald Carnell, Vice President-Jacob Livingston, His- torian-Edna Folk, Secretary-Andrea Cimbalista, Treasurer-Barbara Patterson. It was with more than a little misgiving that in September 1955, we roused our- selves from the pleasant, comfortable lethargy of summer vacation and resumed our pilgrimage once more. Class advisers this year were: Mr. Treasurer, Mr. Shoenfelt, and Mr. Phillips. Class Officers were: President-Ronald Carnell, Vice President- Ed- ward Reed, Secretary-Norma Wright, Historian-Anna McIntyre, Treasurer-Barbara Pat- terson. Unwavering and unfaltering we must make our way right to the very tip of its highest pinnacle--known as Graduation Summit. If we reach there within the time al- lowed, we shall have succeeded in our pilgrimage. By Anna McIntyre
