In a very real sense, she has given us a blueprint upon which we can build as individuals. We know that Mrs. Blakey will never lose her cheering smile and friendly way. But under that reserved nature, he is as much fun as anyone could be. His warm, easy smile makes him the kind of person any school would be proud to have as its superintendent. Our Superintendent attended North Texas University and received his Master of Education in School Administration. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from North Texas. Mr. Hodges taught industrial Arts and was the high school basketball coach and assistant football coach at Decatur for six years. He was the sponsor of the junior class. At Denison he taught in- dustrial arts in high school, was the junior high coach, and the senior sponsor. As a father, teacher, and former coach, he knows the need for good schools and education. He is an active member of the Methodist Church in Savoy, and was the chairman of the Board of Stewards at the Methodist Church in Denison. He can do lots of things - counsel all ages of youngsters, and smooth out lots of gnarled problems. At this time, Mr. Hodges is a member of the Texas High School Coaches Association and Teach- ers Association of Texas. He is also vice-president of the Industrial Foundation in Savoy. Principal an cf CjoacA Mr. Dodson is a man who enjoys deer hunting and can occasionally be found with his boat at the lake. He is a man who is interested in the future of each student. He is a member of the Grayson County Sheriff Posse, a member of the First Baptist Church, and his professional organizations. He has been our high school principal and coach for three years. During his coaching career he has won twenty-one District Championships. He also teaches American History, World History, Government, and Texas History. We would like to thank you for your time and effort in preparing us to be better citizens of tomorrow. ers Co- 7il)orA Mrs. Les Cates and Mrs. Madison are getting ready for the noon rush.
