DEPARTME T OF BU I SS The main purpose of the Division of Business Administration is to afford students a sound educational foundation for social effectiveness, as well as gainful work in the business world. Specifically, through curricular offerings, supervised Work ex- periences, and individual counseling this division prepares stu- dents for flj employment as bookkeepers, accountants, secre- taries, stenographers, and salesmen, QZQ operation, management, and ownership of business enterprises, teach- ing business subjects in the secondary schoolg Q-lj further study in Accotmting, Business Economics, General Business, Secre- tarial Science, and Business Education. DEPARTME T OF HUME ECCNOMICS The objective of the Department of Home Economics is for each student to become a Well-informed person ready to take advantage of the expanding opportunities for home economists in our world of accelerated change. A degree in Home Economics provides a broad, liberal education along with a speciality to prepare young people for tomorrowis world. The degree equips graduates to be professional consumers and prepares them for immediate or future careers and to eam above-average salaries.
