The Week started off with shorts and hats day. Students eznne to school in their shorts proving their loyalty. Spirit continued through the week with the students coming attired in garbs that fit the days. week school were built by many organizations. The bonfire, homecoming parade, and pep assembly concluded the events before the football game. JCL had the winning float. The sophomore girls won in the car and truck division. The first hour psychology class won the bulletin board prize and the first hour Girls P.E. class won in the clown com- petition. qu ,- c ii 4' gl-If Y.-' 'x l 4 un 1. The sophomore class won first prize on their entry in the truck division of the parade. 2. Marsha Tunks and Barb Callaway sold Homecoming Mums and newspapers to boost spirit. 3. After working hard on their float, JCL received first prize for their efforts. D.O.A. was their winning theme. 4. Clowns add laughter to the Home- coming parade. 5. Linda Bing, Steve Worley, and Jan Latham pose for a picture on Greaser Day. 6. The Savannah High varsity football team rode on the fire engine in the Home- coming parade. 7.
