I. Mr. Richard Zachary demonstrated his point to his seventh hour class. 2. Mr. Zachary, head of the history department, discussed a newspaper headline with one of his students. Finishing his fourth year with the system, he taught American History, American Government, Contemporary Issues, and the Far East study. He also sponsored Social Studies Club. Mr. Zachary has a BS in Sec. Ed. from NWMSU and a MA in history from the University of Kansas. 3. Mrs. Margaret Schmitt taught French I and II and Spanish I and Il. She sponsored the French and Spanish Clubs. She has an MS from NWMSU and has been with the system for 24 years. 4. Mrs. Vera Nolt listened to her Latin class recite their lessons. She taught Latin I, II, and sponsored JCL. Mrs. Nolt has an AB from Grand Island College, Grand Island, Nebraska. 5. Mr. Donald Dungan taught World History, freshman and junior American History along with sponsoring the Social Studies Club. Mr. Dungan has a BS in Ed. from NWMSU. This was his first year with the system. 6. Mr. Ken Reger, finished his first year with the system, sponsored the freshman class. Mr. Reger has a BS in Ed. and a MA in European History from NWMSU. 7. Mr. Dan Johnson taught American History I, World History, Sociology, and Social Studies Mini's. From NWMSU, he has a BS in Ed.
