I. Mr. Burns and Mr. DeVore discuss biology. 2. Mr. William Burns sponsored the junior class and taught General Science, Biology and Advanced Biology. He has a BS from NWMSC. 3. Mr. Byron Duke, during his second year at SHS, taught Chemistry, General Science, and was assistant coach of football and basketball. He has a BS in sec. ed. from NWMSU. 4. Mr. Stephens taught functional math, pre-algebra, algebra I, and math analysis. He has a BS in sec. ed. from NWMSU and an MA from University of Northern Iowa. This was his second year with the system. 5. Lloyd Thompson taught small engines, power mechanics, electricity, electronics, and woodworking. He has a BS in sec. ed. and an IA major from NWMSU. This was his first year at SHS. 6. Mr. Don Wagner taught drafting I, II, III. He also sponsored the sophomore class. He has a BS from Maryville college. This was his sixth year with the system. 7. Mr. Jim Mullins sponsored the freshman class as well as teaching math and physics. He has a BS in ed. from NWMSU at Maryville. This was his second year at SHS. 8. Michael R. Shields taught Algebra I, II, Pre-Algebra, and functional math and sponsored the Chess Club. He has a degree in Math Ed. from Graceland College, Iowa.
