It is also the end of a most suc- cessful deployment-- a deployment ln which you performed magnificently and thus your shlp--SAVANNAH-- performed magni- ficently also. You the crew-- are Savannah and I am particularly proud to be associated with you. Men do not come any finer nor have men worked any harder to make their ship the best. You have great rlght to be proud of your endeavors and I am happy you can share them with your friends and love ones today and ln the future. As for the future, new men await us and many of our present crew will depart. To those of you leaving, my appreciation for an outstanding job and the flne spirit you leave behlnd.
