We placed second both in the Gardner Holiday Tournament and in the annual V.V. Toumament at Cullom. The season's record prior to the elimination toumeys was 8-12. The best games we played during the season were the 47-44 victory over the Forrest Eskimos, who won the V.V. Tournament crown from us two weeks before, and the 69-64 overtime de- cision we took from Cullom. He led our football team onward this season. The BUS stops at the next corner, Normal bound. His mother won't let him drink any kind of pop but Sweet Tooth.
