1946 SPECI L AWARDS C .I Ab Maki was chosen as the outstanding senior to receive the Cup of 1923. He has an excellent record in scholarship, leadership, character, and service to the school. Ab won honors in both varsity football and basketball. He was in the upper third of his class, and was chosen for membership in the National Honor Society. The confidence of his classmates was demonstrated by their choice of Ab as presi- dent of the senior class. He was also an active member of home room 31.
