The next year, Mary lfllen Kardash and Phyllis Reincrt qtop left and rightj divided the editorial chores and added the padded cover. Last year, editor jean Nierengarten flower lefty introduced a number of innovations, giving a fresh appeal to the book and opening the way for more experimentation. With such precedents as our model, the 1951 staff, headed by Mary Ann Germann Cleft centerj has at- tempted something truly different, it is the hope of the staff that you will regard your l95l SARAI-ll as the best of them all.
