CONTEMPLATING The field of science is advancing at a very rapid rate. Our science facilities have given stu- dents an opportunity to learn about the world around us. New techniques in the teaching of science have been used this year, enabling the stu- dents to learn by experimentation supplemented by reading. The highlight of the year was the science fair, presented in the spring. Each student of chemistry and Biology I made and exhibited a project.  Oh, Joy ! What fun this Physics is! exclaims Cheryl. Chemistry is a vital field in the modem world. Students learn to use the different equipment and chemicals to obtain desired and some not-so-desired results. There are lab periods correlated with assigned homework. Experiments are conducted in groups or individually. One can often see the chemistry room open after school with ambitious pioneering scientists at work.
