STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council is the representative body of the school, made up of stu- dents elected by their classes and organizations. The Council's main job is to help the administration keep our school life pleasant and orderly. This year they also helped to choose the colors and nickname for our new school. BUZZ The Buzz, under the excellent supervision of Mr. Ganoung, is published twice a month. It contains news of our school, the activities, athletics, humorous quips, and gossip. Stratton, P. Schutz, D. Reible, J. Breunig. These girls perform a very valuable service for all students. Checking books is not their only library work. They are constantly putting books away and straightening shelves. At periodic intervals they take a complete inventory of the books, mend them, and keep the card catalog up-to-date. There are daily chores of dusting and putting out the newspaper for use. There are also weekly and monthly tasks of getting the new magazines ready for use. Mrs. Leahy is librarian. ANNUAL STAFF FIRST ROW: P. Miller, A. Fradette, Miss Hanson, G. Hicks, S. Naffz. SECOND ROW: S. O'Neil, J. Sawall, D. Johnson, D. Piemot, S. Marx, M. Bachuber. Every Thursday evening from September to February, the Sauk Log members have been found working diligently in the library. Our yearbook represents many long hours of work put in by the members of the yearbook staff. This work begins even before school starts and continues until our final deadline is met.
