JUNIOR CLASS OFFICERS PRESIDENT - Lloyd Meyer VICE-PRESIDENT - Jill Schroeder TREASURER - Earl Lochner SECRETARY - Betty Mack This year our Junior class returned to Sauk High as upperclassmen. First important event was the receiving of our class rings which have been eagerly awaited for since we ordered them the previous year. Early in February we started to work on our Junior Prom which was to be held in May. The theme chosen was Isle Dreams . We organized committees and everyone worked hard toward making it a big success. Our achievements throughout the year started with our Homecoming Float, Hold That Line , which took first place in the parade. Earl Lochner and David Frey were elected to the Homecoming Court. In November our class one-act play, Sunday Costs Five Pesos , took first place in our school competition and also received a B rating in the District Competition. We have had a very successful Junior year and we are all hoping our Senior year will be even better. We are looking forward to being Seniors.

SOPHOMORE CLASS OFFICERS PRESIDENT - Sherry O'Neil VICE-PRESIDENT - Tom Walsh TREASURER - Harriet Breunig SECRETARY - Joe Miller No longer quite so green, the Sophomore class returned to Sauk High ready to get to work. First thing we did was elect our class officers for the coming year and our Student Council representatives who are Jean Marx and Jim Enders. Next on our list was initiation for the Freshmen. All of us looked forward to this so we could pass on what we had received the previous year when we were Freshmen. Shortly after school had gotten underway, Homecoming came around the corner and Gary Sawall and Jim Enders were elected to the Court. Our Homecoming Float was entitled They Said It Couldn't Be Done! ” In November, our class one-act play, Pink Patches , received a third in our school competition and was enjoyed by all. Throughout the year our class has sponsored many money-making projects to build up our treasury for future years. Our Sophomore year was a busy one with studies and activities and we are all looking forward to our last two years here in Sauk High.
