Mr. McGuine our G uidance Counselor teach- es Guidance and Social Problems. He has charge of the Student Council and Conser- vation Club. Mr. McG uine is also very ac- tive in the P.T.A. Mrs. Marquardt is the Junior and Senior Eng- lishTeacherandshealso teaches Latin. Dur- ing the year we find Mrs. Marquardt busily working with the Dramatic and Forsenic par- ticipants. Mrs. Marquardt comes from Eng- land. Mr. Brandt is our Mathematics Teacher, he teaches Algebra. Geometry, Math 10 and 12 and also Physics. Mr.Brandt is the Jun- ior Class Adviser. Along with the duties of Teacher and Class Adviser. Mr. Brandt is the Sauk Log Adviser.

Mr. Blackman teaches Agriculture to the Freshmen, Sophomores, and a combined Junior-Senior class. He also teaches two Shop classes and an Adult Farm Class which is held for twelve weeks and is taught in the evening. Mr.Blackman is also the Adviser for both the Sophomore class and the F.F.A. Mrs. Leahy teaches Freshman and Sophomore English. Mrs. Leahy is also the High School Librarian. She is one of the Forensic coaches and the Forensic Adviser. Mrs. Leahy has taught at Sauk High for many years; she is also the wife of our Supervising Principal, Mr. W. E. Leahy. Mr. Hawkins teaches Bookkeeping, Steno- graphy 1 and 2. and Typing. He is the Ad- viser for the Sophomore class and also the Adviser for our school newspaper the Sauk Buzz.
