Senior girls display their stuffed animals on Moving-Up Day. MOVING-UP DAY F ESTIVITIES Moving-Up Day for the Seniors has become a tradition at Saugerties. On Moving- Up Day, Seniors are seen in the costumes of their younger days at S.H.S. The girls wear huge hows and short skirts, while the hoys usually attire themselves in short pants and loud shirts. Students in study halls must he careful not to trip over the large stuffed animals seated in the aisle next to the girls, desks. In the afternoon Seniors gather on the lawn to participate in games of their childhood days, While the Juniors look on with eager anticipation for the next year. For the Seniors, the frolic is the final fling of the high school years, for they must look ahead to gradua- tion With seriousness and solemnity. ,
