Cheer For Victorious Eagle Teams Doth Volleyball Teams Win Intro-Kingdom Tournaments Fifty-five boys, ploying on five reoms, compered in the triple-round robin Boys' Intramural Volleyball Tourno-menr. After this competition, twelve players were selected for the Intro-Kingdom Tournament held in Juboil in November. The ream's march record of five wins ond one loss wos the best ot the rournomenr. At the some rime, sixty energetic ond enthusiostic girls porricipoted in volleyball intromurols. After weeks of practice ond tournament gomes the ream which would represent SAIS-R ot the Intro-Kingdom Tournament wos selected. Races A Rousing Success Trikes, Volleyball, 6 Pizza Lunch Create Festive Mood On December 17.1986 students in the Junior High School ended the first semester ond prepared for winter break during on afternoon of fun-filled activities. After the Student Council's outdoor lunch featuring pizza ond hot dogs, races ond gomes which pitted faculty members against students were enjoyed by oil. The Turkey Trot Trike Roce finds culminated o competition, sponsored by the Notional Junior Honor Society, which hod begun the week of Thonksgiving. During the three weeks of doily elimination races or lunch time, grade level homerooms vied with one another for the chonce to represent their classmates in the finals. The appearance of several surprise competitors in the trike roces ond o homeroom volleyball competition against faculty teams mode the lost doy of the first semester o memorable occasion.
