Achievers serve others national Junior Honor Society means scholastics and service. To be eligible for NJHS, students must earn a minimum of a 3.7 grade average and be recommended by the faculty. They must maintain at least a 3.0 average to remain in the society. Service to the school involves ushering at major functions and recognizing honor roll students. Members place signs on honor students' lockers and give a reception for high honor roll students. Outside the school, the group conducts a clothing drive to help needy families in Africa. Each spring a candlelight Induction ceremony (top left) Is held for new MJtlS members. Mr. Miller, principal, (top right) congratulates an Initiate.
