Fair demonstrates cultures Reflecting the cross-cultural experience of each student at the Saudi Arabian International School-Riyadh, displays of various cultures highlighted the Spring Fine Arts Fair. Students from Arabic classes demonstrated many facets of the Arab cultures. One aspect of American culture — the good ole hot dog — was served and has become a tradition at SAIS-R fairs. The library provided books for sale, so students would have plenty of summertime reading. Live performances included a concert by a combined student community band. The fair represented the combined efforts of the Music Department, Art Department, Drama Department, Physical Education Departments, Library and Media Centers, Student Council, Junior Honor Society, Arabic sections, the homeroom teachers, and all the SAIS-R students.
