Buddy Jack and Orbie I ee Are two intelligent boys If everyone were so quiet as they There would never be much noise. Betty Hicks is a very good sport And sweet as she can be. She does her share with the greatest care As everyone can always see. Betty and Margaret are cheerful and gay Eager to work and eager to play. Sticking together just like one Laughing and giggling and having their fun. Undyne Moon is sweet and kind. There is always something on her mind. Helping others to find a way To make life happier every day. Herbert Payne has one request Before they lay him down to rest Place a history book on his chest And send him on to join the rest. Edd is always smiling when He comes to school each day. He does his work and does it well And work had at his play. 13

SEIUIOR CLASS POLIU Mary Lou Allen The Breezy girl You never know where she’s bound. She goes in a pace, and is never in place When class time rolls around. Willie Bishop is a pretty good fellow But when he gets mad he lets out a bellow. He snorts and he stamps till things quieten down. He’s a pretty good fellow to have around. Doris Cornutt is the cutest of the girls, Wherever she goes she’s in a whirl, She is serious and then she's glad A better girl could never be had. Never serious, always gay Never working, but ready to play. You’ll hear a hollow, and then a yell It’s Bobby Joe and Ira, As you already can tell. Travis Decker is one more guy We’ll never know how he gets by. He never studies or picks up a book But he makes good grades. It must be his looks. All her sweetness and her neatness And her charming ways Boe makes her life and others More complete throughout the days. Thirston Hubbard is an idolent lad He doesn’t get his lessons But he’ll soon wish he had. He’s just lazy, but really isn’t bad.

Bobby Nunn doesn't fear work He can go to sleep beside it He doesn’t care if people know Because he never tries to hide it. Standing and thinking it must take a lot To always be Johnnie on the spot. But that’s Billy Walker and he’s glad to say He gets his lessons every day. Kennon Washburn is a sight in this world Always chasing after some girl. Eating and laughing is his delight He’s full of pranks - but he’s all right. We’ve always heard that brawn and brains Go right along together. Well, Abie Richards got ’em They just don’t come much better. He’s our hero. He’s our dream He's the Captain of our football team. Although Robert Pate can’t sing He is always on the beam. Virginia and Sarah B. Are the cutest of gals You will always see That boys are their best pals. Ila Va Johnson is everyone’s friend She’ll stick by you until the end. She has been cheerful all her life And will make Eljo a wonderful wife. 14
