SENIORS MARY LOUISE ALLEN is always going at a high speed, both in speech and action. She is one of the better students and is planning a career of housekeeping. I TRAVIS DECKER-Brains of the class and for the class. Travis is always present and on time. He is an officer of the F.F.A. and vice-president of our class. WILLIE BISHOP wears the star of Basketball Captain. Willie is very quiet while sleeping. He is planning to farm. EDWARD GAMBLE is an officer in the F.F.A and S Club member. Some one will have a job filling the big shoes of Ed on the football team. He plans to enter college when school is out. DORIS CORNUTT joined our class in '46. No difficulties were encoun- tered in selecting a class poet. Doris was a unanimous selection. BETTY HICKS joined the class in '48. She will always be remembered for her loudness that qualified her for cheerleader. She plans to enter col- lege. IRA COX was the historian of our class. He is interested in school work. Teachers have a great love for him. r 8

SENIORS THIRSTON HUBBARD - never has cares - not even girltrouble. Thirston plans to attend the Trade School. VIRGINIA KIRBY - has been a cheer- leader for two years. She will be missed at that post next year. Vir- ginia plans to become a nurse after graduating. BOBBY JOE INGRAM-is “Little but loud, lazy but fast. “Preacher sparks on the football team and in a cheerleader’s heart. Uncle Sam is planning his career. y, . SARAH B. MAYO - is a Beta Club Member and an all A student. She is a very good piano player. Sarah will take a business course at the Univer- sity. She is Business Manager of our Annual. ILA VA JOHNSON - is a member of the Annual Staff and President of the Future Homemakers of American. She is interested in housekeeping. UNDYNE MOON - is Secretary of our class. She is always wearing a smile. Undyne is a good all around girl. 9
