As freshmen, the offil cers, Bob Rockwell, John Flavia and Margie Sansiveri planned the Cupid's Cap- ers Dance and a roller skat- ing party. As sophomores with Bob, John Flavia and Mary Lou Hays at the helm, they contributed to the stu- dent exchange fund, had a white elephant sale at the Yorker Carnival, and chose class rings. The iunior big three, John Flavia, Ed Ste- vens and Mary Lou directed the Tropical Tango and the class dinner. The Class of '56 is looking forward to a wonderful senior year. '57 Reaches Half The Class of '57 has car- ried out several original ideas in its first two years. With Joe Campilango, John Traver and Mariellen Patter- son as leaders and John Le Roux as advisor, they chose freshman pins and conduct- ed a House of Fun at the Yorker Carnival. In the sec- ond year, Tom Porter, Kathy Sullivan and Mary Ellen La' Due as officers and Miss Adelia Bucci as advisor pro- moted the Lolly-Pop Dance with oversized pops as decorations and real ones for refreshments. The class hopes to con- tinue in the next two years with its pleasures and its best efforts. '58 Starts Well After very close balloting in September, the freshmen elected John P i t t s, Sue Rockwell and Geraldine Southern as officers and de- cided to have home room representatives attend all officers' meetings to assure better understanding of stu- dents' wishes. Proiects this year have included selling blue and white felt letters with class numerals and a successful St. P a t r ic k' s Dance. The freshman class is grateful to all who have helped them with a suc- cessful year, especially their advisor, Fred Burns. 1956 FIRST ROW: P. Robinson, B. Lincoln, N. Butler, L. Merton, E. Duval, A.
