Season full of high points The C Basketball season was a season with a lot of high points. Un- fortunately, not many of them had to do with the teams playing ability. We finished 4-8 defeating Monta Vis- ta and Sunnyvale twice each. All in all it was a fun season, and coach Calpin kept us prettyloose. We had the league's leading scorer, Jamie Miller, and some good ball handlers but most games were out-rebound- ed pretty badly. The starters, Jamie Miller, Mike Worley, Rob Hicks, Jim Hulme, and Jim Gragnola were al- ways hustling and never gave up. This season was a lot of fun for me, and the whole team really made it great. Play was much improved in all aspects of the game, but lack of experience is still evident. The JV team had a little more success with a 4-8 showing, while the frosh team posted a 5-7 record. This years outstanding player was Senior, Erik Peterson, followed closely by Junior, Charles Shepard. Most inspirational player was Junior, Bob Tobiason.
