Parcourse success in P.E. department This year, the Saratoga High School Physical Education Program has offered a new sport called the Par- course. It is an outdoor fitness sport that acts as a 'lcoach for people who are inexperienced' in pacing them- selves in an exercise regime. The objective of this sport is to maintain overall physical fitness and health. The Parcourse consists of a series of fitness stations Cwhere you perform specified exercisesj which are spaced along a jogging and walking path in the course area. There are signs posted to say whether to walk or jog to the next exercise area. This new program is a success in the Physical Education Department. Many students participate in the Par- course to improve their health and for the enjoyment of participating in an outdoor activity.
