Music lovers are early-risers With Saratoga having such a vast number of people involved in its musical program it was clear that the music department had to add another concert band. The new group is called the Chamber Band, while the former Chamber Band is now called the Wind En- semble. Along with these bands are a Symphonic and a Concert Band who both march during the first se- mester and play concerts during the second semester. In the years past Saratoga has always taken superior ratings in local and state festivals. The groups' quality insures that the future will be the same. Saratoga also has a great Stage Band that plays rock music and popular songs. The Stage Band also places excellently in special festivals for stage bands. Both the Stage Band and the Orchestra meet during A period every day. Getting up to be at school at 7:30 AM everyday takes a lot of love for music. Opposite Page, Top Right, Stage Band.
