Juniors and seniors share trophy Homecoming this year was by far better then most Saratoga High School has ever had in years past. People truly worked hard to pull off this special event, and the work paid-off! There was so much going on from red and white day on Monday, to nerd day, and era day. But we'll all re- member getting up at 4:00 to decorate the hails for class competition. We won't forget the rallys and watching Jeff Dennis eat 34 marshmallows all at once! Then there was the VW push race which wasn't exactly burning rubber but proved to be quite a drag race. Strength comes with age was proved in the shopping cart race, as the seniors crossed the finish line first and the juniors and sophomores and freshman came in respectively. Then the night came, filled with tissue-paper, Elmers Glue, and staples as the class floats knew it. Also the princesses, the first king of Saratoga High, and the queen! All in all, the night proved very memorable, and one we will all remember. Top Left: Seniors show display on roof. Top Right: Jun- iors roar again with their display. Right: Karen Uchi- yama and Peggy Porter share trophy. Lisa and gang show float. Lower: Sue says, com'on Bob. Bob you're suppose to clap like this. clap, clap Bob com'on, l'm waiting for a kiss! Finally-kiss. 40
