Rewards and failures just like real life High school life can be very fun and rewarding, as well as painful and unpleasant. High school is pleasant when you get an A on a Chemistry test that you were too lazy to study for, or when he asks you out to lunch. It's fun when you have a football team to boast about or when you find .256 in the candy machines. It's neat when you were the on- ly one in the class who under- stood last nights trig home- work. However, high school can be a pain when your locker gets stuck and you can't find a jani- tor anywhere, or when you fall asleep in first period and get embarrassed in front of the whole class. It's miserable when you get caught cutting sixth, and your parents take the car away. The point is that high school life, as in real life, is full of ups and downs, and the only dif- ference is that here at Sara- toga we are sheltered whereas in later life we are on our own. There's a great world out there that we're about to face.
