Girls Swimming Sz Tennis Competition Stiffins for Female Falcons It was hard trying to win the championship for the tenth year in a row. But, when I look back, I really feel, that everyone, novice and sea- soned swimmer, contributed to our final win and Miss Hoffman and each swimmer equally deserve recognition for the winning swim team of 1975. The girl's tennis team, I feel, had an excellent season. Besides doing very well in our regular league meets, ten people placed very high on the finals ladder. The most rewarding aspect to me, was watching those hours of practice unwind at the games. An avid tennis player herself, our coach Mrs. Peetz, did an excellent job. Girls Basketball and Hockey Field Hockey Experiences Unique Success If you measure team success by the number of games won, then the Saratoga Field Hockey team of 1975- 1976, was not successful. On the other hand, if you measure success by the way the team does, by how well we played, then we were entirely successful. The teams worked well together with good passing and a de- pendable defense, except that some- thing held back making those goals. Miss Maloney did a fine job of coaching us, and we shall forever- more hear those immortal phrasesg Keep your sticks down! Rush herli' Follow it up, Follow it up! ringing in our ears.
