Seniors I really enjoy the tranquility and setting of this school. It's nestled somewhat in the hills fnot really far enoughb but in a general sense A mellow school . The people here are some of the most friendly and fun to be-around-people there are. And if you really look at your high school days they're prob- ably the most fun you'll ever have. Why look at it! It's go to school, and then go skiing, parties, music, and whatever people do in their spare time. It's just really a time of relaxa- tion before you go out into the BIG WORLD. Classes, teachers, and work. That's what makes up academics. It is the part of the school that causes par- ents, counselors, colleges, and stu- dents many headaches. Classes also offer a mixing and meeting place, a planning center and educational environment. The perfect educational environ- ment has slightly decreased in the past few years. Teachers and stu- dents sense that classes are over- loaded. This means that certain cur- riculum have had to be altered, made more formal, general and mass oriented. Students receive less in- dividual attention. With it all, though, we seem to be adjusting and academic achievement levels have not dropped. Our academic curriculum offers a wide variety of classes to choose from. It is mostly geared for the col- lege-prep student, offering analytics, physics, and English. There are classes available for the career ori- Seniors ented, such as business machines, and work experience. And of course there are those elective classes which offer a relief from the strain of gfm :?, etc. .. Whatever a student emphasizes, all academic curricular helps each student prepare for independance in the future.
