The Captain's Office and Executive Officer's Admin Office provide administrative services to the Commanding Officer and Executive Officer. The Captain's Office also maintains officers' service records, while XO's Admin publishes the POD. The Public Affairs Office, WSAR TV-5 and Radio-4, and Special Services come under one heading, and provide award- winning internal relations, news and entertainment. PAO works closely with the talented lithographers of the Print Shop, who print nearly everything read on the ship, always ahead of schedule. The Personnel Office houses the enlisted service record I J ge The Post Office handles the single most-wanted item around: mail. Outgoing or incoming, the Postal Clerks process it with speed. Habitability, the Educational Services Office, Ad- vancement-iin-Rate, the Chaplains' Offices and Library, Career Counseling, the Safety Office, 3-JM, PMS and MDCS Office, Legal and Discipline, and the Masters-at-Arms each provide vital services and functions under Executive De- partment. ln dozens of offices throughout the ship, approxi- mately l00 officers and men make shipboard life more comfortable, safe and enioyable. Some of the best counseling in the Fleet is available, whether to shape a Naval career, or write a will or power of attorney.
