7 .. X -ul 1 Y 1 21 Right-Who is this? None other than Lieutenant Commander Saekett, dignified assistant engineer ofheer, who has offended the Court and awaits judgment at the hands of this august tribunal. He has bowed humbly before the King only to be brought summarily upright by a whack from the paddle of a turtle adorned cop. Beware-another arm of the law is slipping up from the right, bearing a wicked looking club poised at the proper angle to administer a stinger. Gail Y P Left-ls this efoer a notable line-up? Seated on the dais and reading from left to right: Davey Jones, Her Royal I-Iighness, the King himself, the Princess adorned with dirnpled knees, art bracelets and neck-- laee of aqua marine, then that sweet young thing, the Royal Baby,-to say nothing of the Judge and little Topsy Turvy, down in front. s ,, f 2 A, ' E .'.. Just look at those flowing golden locks, those sparkling brown eyes and that bewitching smile. She and her daughter, the Princess, were two popular ladies, the only ones among some two thousand men on that eventful day. Incidentally, this is a good close-up of Nep- tunejs beard and whiskers. I 5 1 Left-High up on the foremast, the Royal Ensign fans the breezes. A close examination of this flag will disclose a dark blue background with white insignia. ln the center is the King in awater chariot urging on his web-footed horses with the trident. Behind his chariot is a single detached sea-horse, while in front, beckoning him on, is a beautiful mermaid.
