Just look at those flowing golden locks, those sparkling brown eyes and that bewitching smile. She and her daughter, the Princess, were two popular ladies, the only ones among some two thousand men on that eventful day. Incidentally, this is a good close-up of Nep- tunejs beard and whiskers. I 5 1 Left-High up on the foremast, the Royal Ensign fans the breezes. A close examination of this flag will disclose a dark blue background with white insignia. ln the center is the King in awater chariot urging on his web-footed horses with the trident. Behind his chariot is a single detached sea-horse, while in front, beckoning him on, is a beautiful mermaid.
