One of the most interesting events of the season was the development of a young lg star who will be heard from in the future. This is Howard Malone, a freshman. who is 4 , TQ captain-elect for next year. The high school was well represented in the international o . Championship Races by Malone and numerous other members of the team. '. i The most consistent point winners were Captain Sageman, Malone, Deitz and :li - l, l l Bishop. A large squad of boys reported and a course was laid out. While the team ' l i only participated in one meet it won that very handily from the Lake Placid harriers by i s a score of 24 to 3l. At the Adirondack League meet the Red and White finished i with 38 points to Plattsburg's 36. The other schools were hopelessly outclassel.
