A Chieftain’s world is Blue. Surrounded by blue skies, faded and new Levis, baby-blue Mustangs, occasional blackish bruises and finally a blue mood accompanied a sea of blue graduation gowns. Our year passed. But through all our high school years our jeans, Levis, Lees, Stuffed, A-Smile, Wranglers, and Gotcha Cov-ereds, stayed close by. The Christmas Assembly brought us closer to the Yuletide customs in other lands. But as always St. Nick comes through in the end. The ever popular cowboys, the Skoal Brothers, entertained us during the FFA Assembly. Stacy West, Bill Allen, Kristen Zumwalt and Betsy Dunklee in the Jr. Play ’’Cheaper By the Dozen.” 6
