Students make practical application of the abstractions of advanced math. Cur- riculum includes algebra, geometry, and trigonometry. Our math department strives to prepare intellectually able students for even more advanced work in mathe- matics. Biology, physics, chemistry, botany, and zoology emphasize science as it exists today. In these courses students delve into the world of scientific theories, facts, and hypotheses.
