Concert Santiago High School's Concert Choir, under the expert direction of Mr. Asay, has shown us many outstanding performances throughout the past year. One of the inest performances that We can all be proud of was the excellent Christmas program held at Garden Grove Union High School Auditorium. On several occasions the corridors of our school were echoing with the sounds of the choir's carols which helped to bring the holiday spirit to the campus of Santiago. ' We are sure all Cavaliers will agree that Santiago has a Concert Choir that We all can enjoy and of which We can be proud. aw. . With Miss Sandra Selover as their ad- visor, the members ofthis club become acquainted with the customs and traditions of the French. R The Inter-Club Council is made up of representatives from the clubs and a chairman, who serves as the head and is in the ,student cabinet. Problems of the various clubs and activities are discussed at.the meetings. The chairman acts as a co-ordinator between the administration and the clubs. Chairman of the council is Mark Burry. Orchestra The orchestra of Santiago helps to contribute to the appreciation of the many various types of music. Without this contribution from our orchestra under the instruction of Mr. Gerald Heade, Santiago would lack in culture and all-around music appreciation. Although the Cavaliers have been given very few opportunities to Witness the talent of this musical group, the few occasions that the orchestra has played have proved to be Well worth the time and effort put into them. We hope the orchestra will keep up the excellent Work, and we hope there will be many more opportunities for us to view this musical group.
