GREA T EXPECTA TIONS Many new faces appeared on the J.V. cheer squad, but that didn't stop them from being the best. Their high spirit and enthusiasm helped them cheer on our J.V. teams. To a unifying force that brings together faculty, staff, and students. to all Santana staff. The program is called Positive Attitude or PAL, for short. Each B. slected randomly from among the staff a secret pal. They hope to open the lines of communication through this method making it clear that the success of the school depends on ev- eryone working together. Everyday during fourth period Gary Sanchez, A.S.B. President, along with his officers, commission- ers and assistants worked extremely hard to make the 1982-83 school year productive and exciting. A.S. B. is not a class of all fun and games. You must be very responsible and dedicated. The work was rewarding especially when it was appreciated. Mr. Hunter, the new A.S.B. advisor, applauded the members of A.S.B. by stating This group was the hardest working, most enthusiastic and helpful group that l've been associated with.
