THE ECHO DIRECTIONS FOR READING THE “ECHO” As this publication is widely used in schools throughout the United States in matters of national reference we give our contemporaries a tip, and have compiled a plan of study for students and teachers in order that they may comprehend the ntaterial contained herein.
