Bliss Ellen Bailard Climaxing four years of activity in athletics, scholarship, dra- matics, and music, the seniors will now leave this school. The seniors' year of activities began when the class sponsored the second student body dance, which was held in the gymnasium. ' Under the auspices of the senior class, Senor lVIaldo, famous magician, gave a benefit performance at the high school auditorium, October 26. The money made was used for the classls gift to the school. Q ' The Spider, three-act mystery melodrama, was presented December 7 and 8 in the auditorium by members of the senior class. It was a financial success, as well as a dramatic success. ln other activities, the seniors excelled all other classes. Nine of the varsity football men, including one four-year letterman, were seniors. The seniors also played an important part in all other sports. Ten members of the C.S.F. were of the senior class, and some of them will receive a gold seal on their diplomas when the year ends in June. lllany of the seniors were prominent in the musical organiza- tions. Fifteen were in the orchestra. A brass band, composed of C ten boys of the class, provided much amusement for spectators at the ' basketball games. The girls were also active along musical lines. In order to end the year properly, the seniors had their prom the night after graduation.
