BAN The Viking Band made SAMO rock and clap to the popular sounds of this year. From Boogie Fever to Jaws on the football field or in the Greek Theater the band played at their best. The band showed perfect foot Work as they marched on to SMC's football field, with Randy Dunbar, drum major, leading, not an inch out of line, into their formations. Under the direction of the new band director, Jim Hile, the band kept up it's award-winning repu- tation and style. The Sergeanettes danced smart, snappy routines for Homecoming Drum Major, Randy Dunbar leads the parade down Ocean Ave. KEN The Marching Band had a fantastic Homecoming show
