The science department offers eight courses in science. ln these courses the student is provided with an opportunity to gain experience in basic scientific procedures as well as learn fundamental concepts. The nature of these depends upon the course enrolled in. ln addition, as science plays an increasing role in our lives today, we all should have certain basic scientific understandings on which to F ,X base our decisions.
