Vice President, has worked hard to accomplish a better working student body.'He organized a club council that consists ot all club presidents. This is the group that will become the Senate under an amendment proposed this year. He has represented Santa Fe by attending the Cali- fornia Associated Student Council, district and San Gabriel League meetings. A.S.B. President Bob Amstutz as President led the Associated Students ot Santa Fe Through a very success- ful year. One of the most important things that Bob did was to propose an amendment that dealt with the A.S.B. congress. The amendment changed congress from a uni- cameral congress to bicameral congress. The bicameral congress will consist of the Senate and the House ot Representatives. The Sen- ate will consist of all the chartered club presidents, while the House of Representa- tives will consist of members from each basic course class. The amendment states that each house will have the power to propose laws tor the improvement of the school. Bob has accomplished a great deal for Santa Fe this year. fl, :mu .:.
