Administration NOT NEW to many SBHS students, Principal Claude Hardesty served as head of La Cumbre Junior High School and Harding School before his appointment here. Mr. Douglas White, principal for the past three years, was appointed assistant superintend- ent, instructional services, to replace Dr. Charlotte Elmott, who is now Research Di- rector of the California Committee on the Older Girl and the Law, working at UCLA. Mr. John Nordenson, vice-principal, dean of boys, has many responsibilities. He as- sists in the planning of all school activities for the year. Mr. John Greene, head counselor, advises Boys' League, and is sophomore boys' coun- selor. . Mr. Louis Tsoutsouvas, dean of business, takes care of all SBHS's finances. Mrs. Ernestine Shean, registrar, handles transcripts, and is in charge of all scholar- ships. MR. LOUIS TSOUTSOUVAS, dean of business, Mrs. Ernestine Shean registrar and Mr. John Greene, head counselor, work for the general benefit of the student body. MR. CLAUDE HARDESTY, principal, Mr. John Nordenson,vice-principal, and Mrs. Zelma Pierce, dean of girls, gather in the office for one of their conferences concerning the students.
