From l925 until l955 Nlr. Holt has seen SBHS grow from a school of less than 700 to over lbllfl students. He came here as a science and mathematics teacher, and in live years became principal. replacing Nlr. Homer Nlartin. During the thirty years Nlr. Holt has been here, the vvings of the main hall, the shop buildings and the the Inf-uiliv liimf-twig Mi' llolt boys' gym have been added. ,Xn outstand- ing change in SBHS has been the devel- opment of one of the most extensive cur- riculums in California schools, to give students an opportunity to become ac- quainted xvith many fields.
