memorable. Our best friends are people we can count on to lend that extra smile or hug. to brighten our day and let us know that we are someone important to them. For friends that are there through good time and bad. who give us encouragement and support in whatever we may do -those are the kinds of true friends who last forever. 15

cate’1 ' It is the day that we have all been waiting for. With some trepidation, we stand in line for our diploma. Afraid, yet eager, at what the future holds for us, we hear each name being called, each name nearer to ours and to our future. But before we can go on, the memories of our past year flood our heads. With warmth and wistful joy we remember our last year. All the events come back to us as vividly as if they were happening now. Homecoming. Color Day, the spirit-filled pep assemblies, lunches with our friends, prom night, and finally those rigorous final exams. Those fays are gone, but the memories shall be forever. Finally, as our name is called, we walk proudly to receive our diploma. The moment has come and we smile with pleasure for it is only the beginning.
