NJROTC, Mock rial, and countless others, we are not only able to how what we as individuals are made of. but most mportantly. we are able to express how proud we re of our school as well as ourselves. Striving for excellence. Saints who participate in competitive extracurricular activities know what it's like to be winners, but they also know what long hours of practice feel like, and they know the benefits of endless challenges provided by the coaches and advisors. Those organizations who take part in competitions go not only to win, but also to represent all of us. For there are many areas, besides athletics. in which we can be winners and show our special talents and gifts. Whether it’s competing in Kiwanis Bowl competitions, or the Super Quiz in OCAD, or trying for that Superior in music, those who participate in those organizations are representing not only themselves but also all of us. The satisfaction of victory is felt not only by those participating but also by those who support, guide, and cheer them on to victory. Showing their stuff. Robert Ruiz and Greg Barraza displaying what wrestling is all about in a demonstration held during Club Rush Week. Wanting to gain that first point. Mona Martinez delivers up a winning serve against Valley. Cheering on our first rate Varsity Football team. Roman Reyna and Sally Cortez provide the inspiration necessary to make our Saints winners.

Aiming high. The primary goal of our academic life is for us to be a part of knowledge and learning. To earn good grades is no easy task, and those who strive for top grades find the atmosphere of our school geared towards their goals. Our classes are challenging and call forth many Striving for that perfect paper. David Wilton puts a little extra effort into his assignments.
